Hi Ana Lucia,
I am hoping that with all of your connections that you might be able to help me with my search for an experienced Human Resources Associate. This position is based out of our Tampa field office we can also consider canidadates in Miami. The tricky part is that we need someone who is fluent in Portuguese and English. This person will be our main point of service for our employees in Brazil.
Here is what we are looking for:
1. Ability to proficiently communicate in Portuguese required (written and verbal)
2. 2 plus years of HR experience, preferably in various HR disciplines
3. 1 plus year of experience in a HR Shared Services/centralized customer service environment
4. HRIS experience required with Workday exposure desirable
